When making the decision to go to college I knew I was going to major in fashion. I am so lucky to have the influence of my grandmother and great-aunts who taught me how to sew from a very early age. From the time I was in 6th grade I was constructing garments and designing costumes in all my free time. As a dancer, I find much influence in the ballet aesthetics as well as finding inspiration from the culture and world around me.
